Constraint solver / Dimension Bug

In my file right now I have a dimension that lies about what its value is. the dimension claims to be the value I set it to, but the entity it constrains is free to move. while it moves the dimension reads the accurate number, but upon stopping the dimension goes back to reading the set value. This dimension references a driven dimension between 2 implicitly projected lines ( the lines that are there when you make a sketch on a face ). I have a video demonstrating the behavior and the file attached.

This has been identified as worthy of investigation, previously.

@Phil.E Another driven dimension, referenced in a formula,

inconsistent result, and curiously, also involves angles.

Might help....
