Hi @bembleandchippy

You have to make some changes before applying Joints

  1. Delete 'Ground' For Casing

  2. Open 'Casing' in a new tab, Right click on 'Bodies' select 'Create Components From Bodies'

  3. Open 'Assembly Copy', Expand 'Casing' and 'Ground' only the base plate

  4. Delete and redefine sick joints

Hi @dsouzasujay

Thanks for your help but unfortunately I cant split up the casing as it is a model of machined surfaces of a cast casing.
I just found a solution of changing one of the rotational joints to a slider joint as there turns out to be a fraction of a decimal offset in the parts.
