Configuration Parameters not saving

I'm creating a configuration table with variations of a single design and I've started noticing that some of the parameters I adjust aren't saved when I save the file. I finished the project, closed it, then opened it again and several parameters were back to older versions. I tried activating each configuration before closing it, it seemed to have no impact.

And this is what I saw after fixing it, activating every configuration, saving and closing the file, and then re-opening it.
