Concentricity/Drawing Bug

I came across this bug, the video should explain what I'm experiencing.  It appears to be a bug.

Thank you the query. I can reproduce the issue from scratch. I have filed a ticket FUS-153271 for the Sketch team to look at this issue.

Obviously the workaround is not to model an impossible shape where the ID of two concentric circles is constrained by dimension to zero. But, I would expect an error or similar, not the behaviour exhibited in this case.

Agreed!

The ticket is filed to address/handle the situation in better way where users won't get into this situation. There will be visual response to let users know that this operation won't be allowed.
