Angle of 29 was defined - how about the other result from measure tool?
Both should add to a 180 !!!

Missing Horizontal or Colinear Constraint on the object line.
None of your geometry is fully defined.
Blue lines and white dots should keep you awake at night.
In addition to missing Horizontal/Vertical constraints - it appears that you are missing a Tangent constraint too...
