Combine - Tool body error - Failed to get owner occurrence transform

Dear community,

I have troubles combining bodies from a linked component with my model. Most times it works but at a specific body I'm starting to have problems.

Scenario:

Combine (Join) with target = local body; tool = body from linked component

Error: Tool body error - Failed to get owner occurrence transform (see screenshot).

Unfortunately I found nothing on the internet that could help me. I appreciate any help that could help me solve that problem - thank you very much!

Hi,

Please share the file.

File > export > save as f3d on local device  > attach it to the next post.

yes, please.  We are currently investigating these "failed to get owner occurrence transform" errors, so having this design would be very useful to our development team.  Thanks!

Sure! Thanks for having an eye on it!

Please see the file attached. I found no option to export to .f3d, so I also have a public link here for you (hopefully one of these work for you): https://a360.co/382KTjo

one more small favor:  Which components/bodies are you selecting which show this error?  Thanks.

Oh on the contrary, thanks for helping ME 😄

Sorry, these were impossible to find. Here they are:

It's the last operation (Combine, operation = Join)

Target body: Gehäuse (= casing) > Oben > Bodies > Oben (oben = top, sorry for the German :P)

Tool bodies: Gehäuse > Vorne (= front) > take the LAST "Nut und Zapfen..." (groove and tongue) > Bodies > Zapfen (tongue)

Hope it helps!
