Cloud Rendering motion study 1920x1080

I am able to render motion studies in a variety of resolutions and sizes. However it seems I am not able to final render 1920x1080 [1080p 31.1MP] motion studies in particular.

Please see images attached:

1st image: before error occurs it either gets stuck at 'calculating remaining time' or shows time remaining to be '2 hours'

2nd image: after a few minutes ~20mins it will state:

'Your rendering could not be rendered because an error occurred.
Delete Rendering X'

I am using student version but i'm not sure if this affects it: I am using 16 or less cloud credits at a time.

Am I doing something wrong in terms of settings or is this a bug with cloud rendering?

Thanks in advance for any solutions and help.

Hi @edwardhuGV532,

Thank you for posting about the issue in the forum!

Does it make a difference if you perform rendering within Fusion 360 instead of using web browser? I'm not sure what is causing the issue without seeing the actual file, would you be able to share a public link to the design with me?

@masa.minoharaThis is the public share link: http://a360.co/2BJGdAu

The 'error' rendering is in version 77

I will try rendering within Fusion 360 now, I can't remember if I've done so before.

Thanks for the reply!

Thank you for sharing the file with me! I tried rendering motion study and got the same error.

I haven't found out what might be causing the issue at the moment, and I have reported the issue to the development team for further investigation. (FUS-37683) I will circle back here as soon as I have more information on this.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
