Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting - it is unfortunate you cannot currently save files in Fusion 360 because the program believes your term has expired.

To begin troubleshooting this issue, please work through the procedures detailed in this article - hopefully this will allow you to renew your license or resolve the issue if renewal is unnecessary.

If this does not work, please send me a screenshot of the your Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder window at the filepaths below. You may need to enable hidden files and folders.

  • Windows: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360
  • MacOS: Mac HD\Users\<PROFILE>\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360

In the folders above, there will be alphanumeric IDs, for example "WFYKNG73WZSU." Each unique Fusion 360 account used to login to Fusion on your computer will create a new alphanumeric ID, and we will use those IDs to continue troubleshooting if the initial troubleshooting article does not resolve this issue.

Please let me know if you have any questions - I'm happy to help!

Hi @Anonymous

I had a look into your accounts today and found that there was no serial number associated with the gbritz@digitaltechsolutions.co.za email address, which suggests that that account does need to be cancelled and is not currently active.

If you log-in to Fusion using the gbritz@digitaltechcreations.co.za account, you should have access. Please confirm that you are signing in with the "creations" email address in Fusion - you may be receiving the "Term is Expired" message because the gbritz@digitaltechsolutions.co.za period is ending?

Please let me know if signing out of Fusion and signing back in using the gbritz@digitaltechcreations.co.za account allows you full access to Fusion and we can delete the "solutions" account.

Hopefully this helps - please let me know if you have any difficulties and we will continue troubleshooting. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.
