Cannot type symbols such as multiply * with some keyboard layouts (macOS only)

It's a bug in Fusion 360 for some keyboard layouts (macOS only, it works on Windows). I'm using Czech QWERTY keyboard layout. To produce the * symbol I have to hit Option+8 on my keyboard, but this doesn't work in the Fusion 360 design window, it works only in the Data panel. This issue is there for all symbols where I have to press Option key.

Thanks for posting both links. I've logged this as an improvement request to support these keyboard types in mac.

No, the only workaround is to change the keyboard layout to US (or to any other layout which is not using Option key for typing symbols)
