Here is a screenshot of the problem and my log files, i have done almost all the troubleshooting several times and cannot come right, this comes up immiediately after install. thank you

This actually looks like a different issue to the one a number of people saw last week. Taking a shot in the dark, could you try renaming a file while Fusion is closed to see if it helps, the file is %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\NMachineSpecificOptions.xml
If that doesn't help, can you try testing on a different network to see if there is something specific to your network that is happening ?

I will try opening it on a different network, but the file you asked me to rename does not exist in that file loctation.

Just to update you, the problem seems to have sorted its self out, i havent checked it on a different network or changed any setting, just tried it 2 days later after the problem and it worked and was able to sign in and start.
