Cannot move any object due to Error: Position calculation failed due to initialization error

I tried to drag and drop another component file into my current design from the left panel. When trying to place and move the component, an error: "Position calculation failed due to initialization error" occured. I tried moving existing objects using the move command, but the same error occurs. May I know how can I fix it?

You can use the "Compute All" command below modify panel. Then you can move the component and the error should be gone. Refer to the attached picture.
