Solved: Cannot access new 'text justification' feature

I am on the latest version of Fusion 360 (2.0.3029). The previous version was supposed to include new text justification and alignment features. I may have misunderstood this release, I thought the new features were for adding text in a sketch, and aligning the text in the text box. Am I mistaken? My dialog box when adding text is unchanged from previous versions of the application.

The new text justification feature is for the 2d drawing workspace not the sketch environment.
