As others have posted, I'm having the issue where I can't verify my education account since I've tried too many times to do so.
"Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact support if you need to try again."
When trying to contact an agent, it just says they aren't available. Is anyone able to help me find contact with support so I can figure this out?
same problem here. can't get passed the bot chat... need a real person to respond!
