Can't scale letters

Hi everyone,

I'm new using this soft, and now I really don't know how to properly scale letters. I set a little box at the bottom of the circle but the text is huge, and it doesn't have any scale options. I tried with a new sketck and have the same problem. I could create the text in Paint and import it, but c'mon it's so frustrating.

The Height is used to Scale your text.  If that is not enough, after the text is created, explode it, and then use the Sketch Scale command on it.

Can you please explain to me how you handle the Skatch Scale? What is meant by "explode it"?
