I ran into error called "T-Spline surface self-intersects", but nothing highlighted and I don't  know how to repair it. Brief history how I came to this error. Before the jaw and the skull was two separate bodies, but I needed to join them, I have combined them by bridge and shortly after got this message. On the photo place of bridges.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about delay or Inconvenience in your Design Project because of T-spline error.

As per our understanding, you did import of body in Fusion Design?

For your provided attached Fusion design file please refer below steps:

1) In "Body2" Faces are intersected with other faces, hence application detected same, and error is appearing.

2) From "Form" > Use Utilities > “Repair Body” function by doing Refer attached Video
Please refer Fusion help document about how to use function. Fusion Help | T-Spline utilities | Autodesk
https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=FRM-UTILITIES

Post "Repair Body" function Execution, In Canvas on Body2 , Fusion will highlight Intersection points in red color (star symbol). These are T-points. Use Display mode Box Display. Need to fix Intersecting faces points manually.

3) Post fixing intersection, Run "Repair Body" function again. If Yellow highlighting points appear those are ok.

4) Post these fix, T-spline surface error will not appear while doing "Finish Form"

Hope above steps and attached video will resolve your issue.

Best Regards,
Akshay

I got this to convert by running the repair tool as @akshay_kakade suggested, but then a lot of obvious self-intersections had to be removed by manually editing the T-Spline,
I deleted half of it and then mirrored it so I would not have to do all the work twice.

I don't mean to offend, but this is one of the worst T-Spline models I've seen in ten years on this forum. If you modeled this, I would recommend watching skull modeling tutorials for Maya, 3DSMax, Blender, Modo, etc. to get a better understanding of how to model such things.

I don't know what you want to do next with this surface model, but it will likely be an uphill battle up a very steep, rocky, and treacherous hill with strong headwinds, hail, rain, snow, ice, and mudslides! You get the hint 😉
