Can orbit or pan using mouse.

The orbit and pan don't function sometimes when I launch Fusion 360.  Sometimes I can restart the program and it goes away and sometimes I have to reset the preference.  I am running Fusion 360 on OSX.  At first I thought it might be my trackpad or mouse, but eventually was able to reset the interface to get them working.  My mouse and track pads are working perfectly as far as I can tell.  I am not quite sure when this started, but it may have been when I tried the new tool menu.  The new tool menu simply disappeared today and also reset my interface.  Lots of strange behavior.

Hi @adamswg

Have you tried performing a clean uninstall? That might do the trick.

Let me know,

Karina

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling without any improvement.  The orbit and pan do not work at all.  😞

Tried several things and couldn't get it to work.  Then rebooted my machine and after a bunch of lag it started working again.  Very strange behavior.

It is working now, but this has been an intermittent problem.

I've been traveling and have not used Fusion 360 for a few months.  Just got in to design some things today and am having this exact same issue.  The orbit and pan do not work again.  Very disappointing, because productivity drops to near zero without these shortcuts.  Also the pan function works more like a zoom on steroids, so instead of panning it zooms way out very quickly.  Not sure how I managed to fix this last time, guess I'll just poke around until I can get it to work again.
