Black screen on Browser version of Fusion 360

Hello,

I have students using the browser version of Fusion 360 and they are having issues with a black screen appearing.

Is there any way they can try to rectify this issue?

Hi, Thanks for using Fusion. 

Could you give it a try by opening it in OpenGL mode? You can find that in the Preferences option here: 

Try this and see if it helps.

Had the same issue, but thankfully this worked.

How does one get to the preferences screen when all you have is a black window?

I have a similar problem since an update in April.

The project browser is a black window.
The feedback window is also just black.

I have tried OpenGL and Direct X 9 and 11 but everything remains black.

I have also tried other Nvidia drivers, Studio driver and Game Ready driver but that doesn't help either. I use a Nivida GTX 1060 Mobile (Gigabyte Brix Gaming VR)

Fusion works normally if I uninstall it, restart the PC and then reinstall Fusion.

Or if I use Fusion's utilities and repair Fusion.

Fusion works normally ONCE but after the next start of the PC, the project browser is black again
