Arms of glasses don't move even when I have a rotation joint.

I have 2 cylinders in which the arms of the glasses are connected via a joint. These cylinders are connected to the frame of the glasses via a rigid joint. I cannot move the arms about the rotational axis of the joint. Please Help

You need to Ground one component of the assembly.

Right click the component in browser (in your case the center frame) and select "Ground".
