I moved to a new laptop and am now getting the "An unexpected error occurred while downloading and opening a document." error. On the new laptop I can open some designs but not others. I can open everything on my old desktop and old laptop. If I save a design on the old desktop, I can then open it on the new laptop.
I've already tried everything in the other posts on this topic. I'm on the latest version. It's a fresh install as of this morning. Here's the log file.
Please help! I really don't want to have to open and resave everything.
