your registration is being processed for three months

I followed all steps to get an educational license, and it's been about three months since I did so. I still see the message telling me that registration takes a couple of hours. I am using a school PC, but I do have a home PC that I have not tried yet. 

I am using the account that I uploaded documents to, to prove my enrollment and eligibility for a student license. I have read up on the forums, but my issue is too dissimilar to other posts for me to find relevant info.

I think it is about time to go to this website and start a case.

It finally registered, and almost the same day i posted the issue. Thanks for the help 🙂
