I have no idea how this happened.  I am using Fusion 360 and there have been a few crashes.  Perhaps that caused it.  I have included a picture below.  I have also attached the STEP File.

The XZ and YZ planes are next to each other on the same plane X and Y are adjacent on the grid.  I have no idea how this happened.  I need to correct the direction of the Y access (you can see the difference in the cube (upper right) and I cannot figure out how.

A picture is attached along with the Fusion and .STEP files.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you open the STEP file that you attached, the Origin Axis and Planes are normal.

John, thank you for getting back so quickly.  That is very interesting.  I had not tried opening the exported STEP file.  I probably should have.  I will do so and let you know what happens showily 🙂

John, thank you again.  This is very interesting.  I am new to Autocad Fusion, and candidly, it has been decades (yikes) since I used Autocad or any CAD system. I am stumbling through this for reasons I am happy to explain if anyone is interested.

For now,...I imported the file I exported and I see the same as you. It seems ctrl-alt-del in new environments still works 😉

What is new (and I expect this is a setting) is when I make a plane visible, it stays visible until I click anything else.  For example...

But if I select a different plane, the plane shown above disappears. Any thoughts?  Also, I suspect that the corrections resulting from the export and re-import of the file I originally shared are not complete based on the following.
