Why is my 'Rectangular Pattern > Distance' miscalculating?

I am trying to repeat a pattern that is has two vertical lines constrained to 3/64" (total distance = 3/32").  But for some reason when I set spacing to 3/32", the top of the pattern doesn't align with the bottom.

What am I missing here?

Good point, I should have done that.  Unfortunately I've moved on and somewhat painstakingly created the pattern by hand.

I'm very confused because all of my lines are referencing the same 'base' line, which is constrained at 3/64", and when I do it manually it works out as expected, but when I try and make a pattern using the same math it just won't line up.  If this happens again I'll spend more time preparing my project file to share.

Cheers.

I see a lot of unnecessary dimensions in your sketch?
