Why is Inch Display Format Not Working?

Maybe I'm confused but I thought that changing the setting below would change the way the value is displayed in sketch mode:

Am I missing something?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Hi, sorry I didn't think to do that, but I think I figured it out:

I learned that every dimension I make after changing this setting does display properly, so it appears to be a program cache issue.  I wish there was a refresh button or something that would recalculate all the values already set.
