Why doesn't fusion 360 work on my macbook?

I downloaded Fusion 360 and started using it, but when I first turned it off and turned on again, it didn't work. So I redownloaded it but the same thing happened. after I redownloaded it again, I decided I won't turn it off. but now I can't save my works. when I try to save it, it writes "receiving data" but it never changes. can you help me? I don't want to lose all my work. thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that. 

First of all, To save your model, could you export your design?  it means the file will save on your machine (not cloud base).

And then, the issues which can't receive data will be related to your network setting.

Are you in a specific network environment? could you provide me your log file? Here is how to collect the log file

Unfortunately, I can't even export the model. The same thing happens when I try to export it as when I try to save it.

Hi @Anonymous, 

Are you unable to change to Offline mode? after changing the option to Offline mode, could you try saving (not export)?

could you share your log file?? Here is how to collect the log file

so I tried to go offline and now the saving process worked, and I diagnosed log files. it attached in the zip file below.
