I don't know why this hasn't been posted on the forum, but after asking again for a comparison table of the new subscription types. The details have been published in the 'knowledge' are - I just didn't have that knowledge!
This is what I was told:-
This went live on Monday - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/Fusion-360-Free-License-Changes. It includes a feature comparison chart which you can directly link to via https://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/Fusion-360-Free-License-Changes#features
So personal license users will miss out on collaboration features and some file import translations, including dwg, which will be limiting for some.
