Nope, the McMaster-Carr Component option is still under the Insert drop-down.

In Personal Licence? I don't have both to check.
McMaster-Carr is still available under the Insert menu using a Fusion 360 Personal License also.

Thought so,
only thing I can suggest, is there is a tool active, that prevents the Insert until the tool is completed.

It didn't show because I was in offline mode. I was in offline mode because of the Server Verification Warning:

Surprisingly though, the two other "insert part" options were available in offline mode, but not McMaster-Carr.
I have the personal license, but under the Insert tab, the McMaster carr component is shaded and not clickable.. How do I fix this issue??

You must be in Assembly Mode to use the McMaster-Carr feature. It is logical, you cannot add "components" in the Single Part mode of Intent Driven Design.
