Since this post is a little older, I wanted to check whether you have already been able to resolve it.
If the issue is still occurring, the message in your screenshot points to a problem during the In Process Stock (IPS) mesh calculation. Since you mentioned that your settings are already correct, I would suggest trying the following:
If this happens while using Machine Simulation, it would also be worth checking the machine definition, particularly that the machine components use the correct origin, are assigned to the correct axes, and that the rotation origins and tool/table attachment points are defined correctly. Autodesk lists both IPS data and machine definition issues as possible causes of this error.
If it still happens after these steps, could you let us know:
