User Parameters does not work in features?

Previously, I can create user parameters let's say "Length = 10mm" and use it as extrude distance, shell thickness, offset a sketch profile, etc. After the most recent update it seems I can only use user parameter in dimensioning a sketch?

Need help as this is the most efficient way to quickly change multiple values of a model and get it to update instantly.

Update: It doesn't work if I'm editing in place in an assembly. But seems to work if I'm editing the component outside of an assembly. Which seems like a bug to me.

Hi @SamsonW_ , this seems to work for me. Can you share a video or more context about when this isn't working for you?

Cheers,

Karina

So I created an external part and started edit in place

Also created two user parameters:

Tried to use the parameter in a sketch, no problem:

Tried to use it with an extrude feature, doesn't work:

Same thing if I try to use that parameter in a sketch with offset:

When testing these, I realized it's the auto complete feature that is broken, not the user parameter. And the name of the user parameter is actually case sensitive. You can see in picture 2 it worked in sketch even when I typed in small case.

I can reproduce this behavior. I think this was a general problem previously that we fixed, but it looks like it stuck around in EIP. I'll log this with the team.

Thanks!
