Urgent: Graphics issues on MacOS

I have been teaching with Fusion 360 in a lab of 17 iMacs for a few years now. This semester (which just started 3 weeks ago) we are having major trouble.  We are seeing the canvas open as a field of grey or black and totally unusable. We can open a design and none of the bodies, etc show up (unless you click them in which case they may appear as broken ghosts). It's not a setting like environment, etc - it's seems to clearly be a graphics problem that seems to have come up very recently as a result of a Fusion 360 update. On a problem computer, I have logged in (to the OS, then to Fusion) as myself instead of the student and seen the same problem. If the student moves to a different computer, it may work. At this point we have about half of the classroom having this problem and it's a bit of a disaster for the course. We've used Fusion 360 for many hundreds of hours on these computers and this is the first time I've seen this issue. I've attached some screenshots of the issue - different accounts and different computers. Let me know what else I can attach to help troubleshoot this.

Because it's hard to tell from the screenshots, here's a screencast of me stabbing around in the dark as it were:  https://youtu.be/OaxnrZbAyUM

This particular computer is all black - others are grey with occasional elements of things that should be on the canvas.

Fusion version is 2.0.3800 - lab install

The iMacs are all:

El Capitan 10.11.6

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014)

4 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4096 MB

Hi @robduarte

Thanks for posting! This is a known issue, logged as FUS-37973. We apologize for any inconveniences this behavior has caused - the development team is currently investigating this behavior to release a fix - this has been discussed on the threads below:

It appears this issue occurs when a new account is logged into on the EDU build of Fusion 360, and the dev team has been able to find a workaround. To resolve this issue, please;

1. Go to Applications,  Right click "Autodesk Fusion 360", Select Show Package Contentsstep1.png

2. Select Contents > Libraries > Material Library > proteinrun > Ogsstep2.png

3. Right click Ogs, Select Get Info from Context menu

4. Go to Sharing & Permission

5. Unlock, set "Everyone" to Read & Write access.

6. Close the ogs info pops up dialog

7. Launch Fusion, you will get Fusion normal scene.

Please let me know if you have any questions - I am happy to help!

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I did search to see if this had already been posted but was looking the wrong direction. I'll ask our IT people give the workaround a try.
