Ungrouping imported Component

Is it possible to ungroup the folder and make it use all the separate components that I've made so that I can use the parts list feature when doing my exploded view so that I can label each component and not make it so that there are all joined together? Also the folder I was talking about in this is the one named 'don't touch'.

What you are describing is called a "component"

1. First expand the view of the component by clicking the arrow.
2. Then select the child-components inside it.
3. Right click on one of them and pick "cut"
4. Right click on the top level component, and  use Paste.
