Unable to update Fusion360

Hello,

I am unable to update Fusion 360.

My account expired and when I renewed it an new version of Fusion downloaded.

The new installation did not work and presented a message that the installer was unable to find "certain files".

I have attached my log files, and I followed the instructions for a manual clean uninstall that were posted at:  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

I even removed registry files as per the instructions.  Still no luck.

Thanks

You log file indicates that the user running the installation does not have enough permissions to execute.  The User name is phill that is being used.  I would check the folder permissions of phill, especially their User folder rights and add them as needed.  You could also use another profile that has more rights.  It also could be that the error is coming from the files being in use.  Make sure that no other process is running before executing the Streamer.exe and also run the Streamer.exe "As Administrator".

Thanks!

Yes, some permissions were switched off.  But since I'm the only user, I have no idea why this was the case!

I got it reinstalled and its working now.

Thanks again.
