Unable to select holes with the Hole and Thread Note command - again

Since the latest update:  2.0.21487 x86_64

I have issues where the hole and thread note tool will not allow selecting of holes.

Even on drawings made in the new version.

Holes are modeled in fusion using the hole tool.

I cleared cache and restarted.  

Only solution is to recreate the drawing view.  I really do not want to restart some of my drawings just to add a hole note.

NM, I assumed the solution to create a new base view meant starting the drawing over. It turns out simply adding another base view and then deleting it tricks the feature into working again.
