So fusion decided to crash, and stupidly I haven't manually save anything all day. When it opened up it tried to from the recovery files (the .backup in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\TWP2LGD5J9B6DKQ2\CrashRecovery)
Then it complained it was not a valid zip file.
So after some looking around I found 1 article saying to rename the .backup to f3d and try to open it. Another article to rename the F folder to F-backup (local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\TWP2LGD5J9B6DKQ2\W.login\).
Tried both and neither seems to work. Opening the f3d file directly says its an invalid zip file.
File attached, is there any way to recover this?
