Unable to insert several different component options - including McMaster-Carr Components

Several component options are greyed-out leaving me unable to insert components.  Most notability of these is the McMaster-Carr Components.

I have gone so far as to Clear Cache Data, Reset Fusion using the Service Menu, insured I was 'Working Online'  and I've logged out and back into Fusion, all without a positive result.  You can see the issue in the screen capture I provided.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Short answer is because you are working in the new Part design type.
