Hi, Please see attached image above and the red arrow points to the button that for the last 2 or 3 months have not been able to click.

This goes for everyone with a seat at my company. The icon starts grey as is the normal colour, but once clicked it turns white and is completely inactive. there has been about 4 or 5 updates in this time and the issue is still there for us.

Yes that looks like a bug. It seems to only work when the first design you have open is active. It's not just the first tab(left side) it has to be the first design in the list. @Phil.E  Is this a known problem?

I'm unable to reproduce this, more info needed.

I've got 20 designs open, the first one is active, and I can switch between all designs. What other condition is needed?

Does it happen with only two designs open? By your description, it should be repeatable with two. If not, how many?

Anyway, glad to track this down, reproduce it, log it, etc. but I need to know more steps to take here. Thanks!

It seems to be completely random for me when it works and when it doesn't work.

It seems to be working fine now with having around 10 tabs open and it doesn't matter which tab I'm on it still works.

Where sometimes it doesn't work at all and it doesn't matter what tab is activated.

I thought that was the problem, it only works if the first one is active. For me if any other tab is active the down arrow does nothing. Just tested on my other PC and it works perfectly no matter which tab is active!🙄 No difference between the 2 PCs, probably find after a restart it'll work again.
