Unable to Access My Autodesk Account Due to Deleted Student Email

I am experiencing an issue accessing my Autodesk account. I had a student membership linked to my student email address, but my institution has since deleted that email. Now, when I try to log in, I am prompted to receive a verification code either via my student email (which I no longer have access to) or via my phone. However, I am not receiving any verification codes on my phone either.

Since I cannot access my student email and I am not receiving the authentication code on my phone, I am completely locked out of my account. I would appreciate your assistance in recovering access. Pleeease let me know what steps I should take to verify my identity and regain access to my account.

Why do you need access to your Autodesk account?

Anyway, contact your old(?) school / college and see if they can help you.

I am unable to access my Fusion 360 account because of this issue. There is no way for me to access my old school email. What I need help with is that I am not receiving the verification code via SMS.

I get the error message: "Voice and text messaging service is currently unavailable." Because of this, even though I know my email and password, I cannot log in since I am not receiving the required verification code.

I will attach a screenshot of the issue below.

Hi, are you saying that you are no longer a student at that school?  If that is the case the educational license is no longer valid.  You may need to apply for a personal license of Fusion, or a full subscription depending on your needs.

Hi, I am not trying to use the educational license. My concern is not the license itself, but the fact that all my projects are stored in my Fusion account, and I can’t access them. I need help retrieving my projects.

Thank you for that clarification.  I think I understand now.  I will move this back to the Fusion Support forum and tag @RajkumarIlanchelian to see if he can help.

Hello, I would like to ask, as I am having the same problem, if there is a solution to this.

My account has been linked to my student mail, which I can not access any more as it has been deleted, and because I can't log in, I can't update my email. I've tried to use sms verification, but it gives an error. The phone number is correct and from what I've read that even if it seems like an option, the phone verification is closed off?

There have been projects in the cloud that I don't want to lose, so I am unsure of what to do.

" because I can't log in"

Are you receiving an error while trying to login?

Yes, after I enter my e-mail and password, it asks for a security code. I pressed send again because I didn't receive the code on my phone. It says an unexpected error has occurred. After that I tried to do other methods but it says service is currently unavailable for calling and the SMS. As my e-mail is no more active and I can't open it again, I can't get a verification that way.

Hope I was able to explain the situation, I am adding the screenshots.

I wanted to ask again, as there hasn't been a contact about this to me, if there is anything I can do or anyone I can reach?

Thanks to everyone who spend time on this issue,

I am having the same issue. Lost Access to my student email acct, and the school admin team has yet to get back to me. All my projects are on this account. When I attempt to login to my autodesk account, I am still prompted with a Verification through the student email. Therefore I cannot access my Fusion 360 Acct in any way, shape, or form. I know the password, etc. Is there anything I can do? I really need help with this one. Thank you.

I have the same issue, so I really hope this thread gets solved. The old email address and password still work, but I can't get the OTP code.

As can be seen, we're all facing the same problem — isn't there a solution to this?

Just to clarify here on this thread, the 2FA is a security feature and that does not mean this is a problem. The teal issue here is that access to the original email is not available any longer.

@kksmith244 @melisa_thg @djsniperwolf If you need help, please direct message me with your original email ID that you do not have access to any longer and also send me the secondary email you have in your profile.
