Unable to access Fusion since yesterdays Update

After yesterdays update, when Fusion restarted it hung and would not start, so I rebooted.

When I ran it again a "Servide Utility" popped up so I clicked repair, nothing seemed to happen so I waited a minute and clicked the icon and it started saying something about server changed and prompting me to login.

Now when I enter my password it says it does not recognise my email address and that is the address that I use for F360 and is the same email address that I am able to still login to the Web File Manager and PlatformIo with.

But as of now I am unable to use F360, please help as I am in the middle of something.

@formsR28H6 @Can you please do the following.

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ Autodesk\DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy,Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
4. Now install again

1.Go to launchpad- Uninstall Autodesk Fusion
2. Go to /Users/user/Library/Application Support
3. Delete the Autodesk folder
4. Restart your machine
5. Now install Fusion again.

I am in the tedious process of uninstalling and then reinstalling after yesterdays update caused fusion to collapse - just refuses to open

Aren't updates such fun

@formsR28H6 @You should be able to reinstall the addin. Are there any files under the add in folders that you need? If you can back them up

Thanks very much for helping, given that this is the weekend.

I managed to solve it by logging in here: https://myname.autodesk360.com/ which accepted my email and password, then I launched F360 again and it logged straight in.
