Turning a surface into a solid help

Trying to turn a surface into a solid, not sure how, tried using patch but it won't work. I'm trying to make it ready for finite element analysis so hance the desire for it to be solid.

I am not sure what analysis you are trying to do, but I am not sure how to do it in Fusion. Here is a repaired file from MeshMixer that might help?

Models such as these coarsely faceted geometry are not appropriate for FE analysis.

I recommend that you use only as reference in creating proper geometry.
