I am working with a sheet metal flat pattern and want to export to .dxf for laser cutting but the bend lines keep showing up in the .dxf file even though I "turn off" the bend lines.

how can i avoid this?  what am i missing? thx!

From within the flat pattern workspace, create a sketch and project the face then Save As DXF from right click on the sketch.. If you have auto project enabled just creating the sketch will project the face so don't project again or you'll end up with double lines.
