Trouble installing Gridfinity Plugin om MAC

I have a Mac running Sequoia 15.4.1 (24E263) and Fusion 360.

Fusion 2601.1.37 arm64 [Native]
Active Plan: Subscription
macOS 15.4.1 (24E263) on Mac14,12

I have download the Gridfinity Generator package, GrindfinityGenerator_macos.pkg.

When I try to install it I receive the following error message from the Mac installer App.

The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error -1.)

Couldn’t open “GridfinityGenerator_macos.pkg”.

Is  package  somehow corrupted or do I need to modify permissions on my Mac to have it installed?

I have deleted the package 3 times and re-downloaded and get the same error  when I try to install.

You're welcome, and no worries. The community site has just very recently undergone an update, so the forums are a bit difficult for users to find at the moment.

You can use the dropdown shown in this image and select Product & Manufacturing Hub to see the various manufacturing forum. I'm not familiar enough with Fusion to know which one would be the correct recommendation, but you have have a look around and see what's available.

I was able to go to the "Privacy & Security" section of System Settings, and saw the option of allowing the installation.
