My marking menu is not coming up.

I'm new to the program and going through the tutorials.  They start using the marking menu but whenever I right click to try and follow along, there is no "Marking Menu"  just the standard grey box like in any other program.  I just downloaded the program today and my computer is within specs.  I have completely rebooted it and everything is up to date.  Please help.

In your preferences, please check what pan, zoom, orbit shortcuts you have set.

If you've have Tinkercad selected for example you'll have to press the shift key to bring up the marking menu when clicking the right mouse button.

With Fusion 360 selects the marking menu should show up just a seen in the tutorials with the click of the right mouse button.

I am having the same problem.  

Using Mac, and new toolbar version of 360.  Preferences setting not fixing it....  Toatl newbee with 360, and this is putting things on hold.....yuck...
