Trouble after account email change

Hi,
I have had a Fusion 360 account for 18+ months and originally created it using my private email address. I have created dozens of projects in that time.
Because I teach Fusion 360 CAM at my local maker space, I thought it would be best to switch my account over to use my email that is associated with the maker space.
Unfortunately, doing this seems to have created some pretty dramatic issues that I have not been able to recover from. It seems my account now has internal references to both emails, and I am unable to access any of my project files in the browser within Fusion, or from the myhub.autodesk360.com site.
I have tried switching the account back to the original email, and that seems to partially work, but only for a short period of time. For that period (maybe 12 hours?), I seem to be able to access my project files - but only if I force a sign out/sign in on Fusion. After a period of time, it seems to completely break again - as if something on the backend is re-syncing and breaking things.
If I switch my email back to the other one, the files seem to come back - but, again, only for a period of time. And, again, only if I force a logout/login each time I start Fusion.
I have tried many of the suggestions of deleting the login credential cache files, etc., to no avail. This problem seems to happen across multiple machines and is not just limited to one.
Can anyone at Autodesk help restore my account? I can't keep leap-frogging my account emails back and forth indefinitely, especially since I have students actively sharing class assignments with me.
thanks,
Steve
