Transfer files from personal license to educational license

I used to work with a "Personal - Not for Commercial Use" license. Recently I bought a regular licence with another email address and try to transfer the data from my previous account to the new one. Unfortunately, the transfer option does not show even after having the personal account invited in the team hub created by the "regular" account.

I feel that this is the same issue as the solved topic "Unable to transfer files to team from educational license" but I am unable to create a team hub with the personal account.

Is it a way to transfer my data ?
