Tooltips not showing

I have tooltips turned on:

According to the "what's new" blog post tooltips should display when hovering over items in the data panel like so:

Not for me though:

Same with projects and folders.

@eerier_bleach0f Could you please confirm the build# you are using.(Can be found in Help--> About). Also please check if you are getting the tooltip for same files in List view. Thanks!!

In list view I only have one file that has a file name long enough to get cut off and finished with an elipses. The tooltip does appear for that file.
