tool path generation not completing

I have several 2d models that I cannot get to finish generating the tool paths. I've attached one that stops at 99.1%. any help will be appreciated. I've tried everything I can think of as far as changing the designs and settings.

I've since gotten it to complete yet am now getting the "Warning: One or more passes were discarded due to linking constraints." message. Although I cannot pinpoint what isn't linking, it appears as though everything is there to me, could this be an error?

this article might give some insight: "Warning: One or more passes were discarded due to linking constraints" in Fusion 360/HSM CAM

This is a warning rather than an error message and can be ignored if the toolpath looks acceptable.

Edit the linking moves (leads and entries) to use less space on the XY-plane. This is usually done by reducing the horizontal lead-in length.
