Thanks for posting - I am sorry to hear you've been seeing hanging when launching the tool library in Fusion 360.
Are you working on Mac or Windows OS? Are you being given the option to submit crash reports when force quitting?
Disabling cloud libraries is a good start for troubleshooting, but I'm curious if the problem may be due to specific data within a particular tool library. Will the tool library manager launch if you re-enable cloud libraries and then remove your cloud libraries one by one? Be sure to back up any tool libraries that will be removed when testing - if removing a certain tool library eliminates the crash, please send the problem library my way.
I'd also recommend removing any local libraries one by one - you can remove them from the filepaths below:
I'd also like to see a screencast illustrating the hang on your end - please attach a video to this thread if you can reliably reproduce this issue.
Beyond this, there are a few tricks that may help:
- Removethe xml files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Fusion 360 CAM\Settings.
- Update graphics cards on your system.
- Selecting the "Limit effects to optimize performance" option in Graphic Diagnostics.
- Ensuring all display scaling is set to 100%.
