Tool Display Issue in Manufacture Work Space

Custom tool holders appear to be glitching into a pointy shape.  I open the operation, re-select the tool and it fixes it.  It started giving me a weird yellow screen in my setup sheet where the tool picture is suppose to be.  The example can also be viewed when the tool library is opened within an operation.

Thanks for posting. The setup sheet problem is a known issue, logged internally as CAM-13848. The development team is currently investigating a fix for this problem.

The pointy tool holder until the tool is reselected is also a known issue, logged internally as CAM-13947. I've noted this thread and your experience on the ticket - if you recreate the holder is it always shown correctly?
