Title Block Issues

Hi All, I'm new to Fusion 360. I have watched videos of using the Title Block. I've seen people double click on it and you can change the auto populated attributes. Such as drawn by. When i try and do it all I get is Edit Title block and reset attributes. I don't get all the other options I have seen. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to turn that feature on? 

I have attached two screen captures. The first is what I get when I double click on the title block and the second is what I've seen others get.

2. the second screenshot shows an older version. It is not available anymore.

1. currently it goes like this:

Doubleclick > left click variable > insert name, date, title11 ...
