Fusion CAM Rest is not using previous operation

I am using 2 3d-adaptive clearing operations. The first operation is cutting from stock with 0.5mm offset from stock and a tool of 0.2mm while the second one is using rest from previous operations, no stock offset and a tool of 0.1mm. When I generate the first operation, it seems to work fine. But the second one is generating as if rest was disabled. 

Why is the second operation not using the previous operation as a start.

This may be related to a ticket that is currently under investigation by the development team. Can you share the file here so I can have a look? Any examples you we can provide to the team will help in troubleshooting.
