Hi @berdan_uzan, could you also please share us a dump of dxdiag which should capture most of the hardware specs for your machine. Additionally, can you also confirm if there's any VDA software being run on your machine

Thanks,

Anurag R. Naik

Here is my DXDiag. I don't what a VDA software is. Can you describe it? I did some research but couldn't find what that is.

I only have onedrive. Which I don't know if it counts as a VDA software. So I think no, I don't have that kind of softwares.

This isn't my problem.

My problem is that I can't change or press any buttons into the left sidebar. Al suggested things didn't solve the problem. Is there anything I can still try or do? Is it better to look forward for something else to design my 3d prints?

Hi @berdan_uzan ,

Our team is working on the issue.

There is another step if you can check and let us know if this helps:

In Preference Setting:

For Compatibility & Troubleshooting: Change the preference from OpenGL to D3D11, restart Fusion, and see if that improves or fixes the issue.

I think I have a new problem with Fusion. I can't open the app right now. There is a textbox saying that some .dll files couldn't found.

Hi @berdan_uzan ,

Could you try to follow the steps given in this link

Reset/Repair the Fusion using the Service Utility tool should mostly resolve the issue.

Do let us know if this helps.

I fixed that issue by redownloading the Fusion. So, I can open the app right now. But it is still broken.

Thanks for the help and the suggestions. Today it seems to work with

Fusion 2601.0.90 x86_64

Right now I'm installing the latest update and hopefully it will keep working.

Fusion 2601.1.37 x86_64

Now I still have the same issue again.

My laptop has two graphics cards. By disabling the stock hp graphics driver in device manager and running it off just the geforce, it runs like it used to.

Hope this helps someone.

Next I'll try deleting and reloading the stock driver.

Cheers
